Repair My Foundation-A homeowner’s look at the options

This is a house a few doors down from me. The word on the street is that, unlike Dennis, the owner is attempting to sell it without repairing the concrete foundation. She plans to discount the asking price of the house an amount equal to the cost of leveling the slab.

Is this home a candidate for foundation repair? Look at the crack between the garage door and the pillar. Notice how it gets wider from bottom to top. That’s not a happy house.
