I stay away from that anyway since I'm just a home owner who blogs about foundation repair and don't have any connections to any contractors. My advice would be to find a structural engineer in El Paso (do a Google search with those words) who has no financial ties to any contractors, has experience with foundation issues, and who can give you an unbiased opinion on your foundation.
